The 30 Days Ginger Lemon Detox Water For Weight Loss

  1. Wash and chop all your ingredients
  2. Put some water in a kettle and bring it to a boil.
  3. Add ginger in a container and pour the hot water on it and let it sit for 20 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced lemons into a jar or any big glass container and pour the ginger water into the container.
  5. Fill up the container with additional water if needed and let it sit still for about 2 1/2 hours.

Drinking Routine:

Drink this water in the morning and in the evening for 30 days.
