The New Year 72 Hours Juice Cleanse

Trust me... I know for sure that by now a lot of us need to be cleansed. The junk foods stuff up some of us with free radicals and parasite. Our bodies become wearied as a result of the fast unhealthy food that we stuffed down our throats on a daily basis.

We have been so busy that we nearly have forgotten all about our health, but thank God we didn't fully forget. Now we can do a new year 72 hours juice cleanse that will naturally reset our minds and bodies.

Healthy minds and healthy bodies are what we need to function properly on a daily basis and to have a more peaceful and happy day.

TOTAL TIME: 4 - 5 Minutes
SERVES:  8 Cups
MEAL-TYPE: Beverage
DIET-TYPE: Vegan, Vegetarian

Green Juice:
6 Green Apples
6 Cucumbers
1/2 thumb of ginger

Colon Cleanser: Carrot Juice:
10 small cuts of beetroot
1/2 bunch of celery
1 cucumber
3 lemons
16 carrots

Kidney and Liver Flush; Beetroot juice:
9 ripe apples
9 small cuts of beetroot
1 handful of spinach
1 1/2 bunch of celery
7 carrots

1. Use a juicer to juice all the ingredients. If you don't have a juicer, then use a blender to blend all your ingredients.

2. Beginning with the Green Juice, make one recipe each day. For each recipe, make at least 64 ounces of juice pour juice into a tight container and store it in the cooler.

Drinking Routine:
1. Drink 1 cup of juice every hour for 8 hours each day.

2. Drink one cup of water every half hour and make sure you stay away from alcohol and caffeine. If you use blender this is not applicable because you have to add water to the blender to blend your ingredients.

3. Your last meal of the day should not be heavy and if you eat anything apart from the juice, it should be steam vegetables or whole fresh fruits.

4. Stay away from drinking juice in the nights else you might lose your sleep due to frequent urination and defecation.

  1. From making the green recipe, I'm assuming you would make double in order to get 64 ounces. Unfortunately I only bought the exact ingredients. Let's see how day 1 goes

    1. @Blkamoure Did all the recipes make 64 ounces?

    2. If it doesn't make the 64 ounces, then you can simple add more ingredients to make it up to the 64 ounces.

  3. I have a question, for the 72 hours you don't eat anything??? you just drink the juices and drink water? o do I eat my normal food plus drinking the juice every hour??

    2. Drink the juice for 72 hours and if you are feeling extremely hungry, just eat something very light.

  6. I am on day 2 and it is going great. I lost 7 lbs in 1 day, not sure how, probably just water weight but I feel great. You are able to eat a full meal for dinner consisting of a lean protein and green vegetable.

  8. What else can you add to this to make it 64 ounces? I'm on a tight budget and can't afford to purchase more fruits and veggies.
